The second Battle of El Alamein marked a significant turning point in
World War 2 where Commonwealth troops under Lieutenant General Bernard
Montgomery achieved their first victory over the exhausted Afrika Korps.

Briefing:
While
Rommel is out of theatre Monty has begun his attack. The Afrika Korps
are holding a river crossing to prevent an attack along the coast road.
Allied command has ordered a southern hook flanking attack to destroy
the holding force and open the coast road. The majority of allied forces
have yet to arrive in the area and it is critical the pass is opened.
Axis forces have established a supply point near their airbase that
is unloading supplies and armour from naval convoys. Destroy any axis
shipping you find in the area.

Protect friendly destroyers steaming towards enemy shipping, destroy
enemy shipping, destroy enemy troops protecting river crossing and protect
our forces flanking through the south valley

Briefing:
The
british 8th army are attempting an outflanking maneuver through the
valley to the south. They have recently captured one of our airfields
and recon reports they are using it as a marshalling area. A small naval
force is also reported to be steaming towards our supply harbour and
airfield.

Objective:
